In the Greek Mythology, Hypnos is the God of Sleep. He resides in a hollow mountain near the Black Sea. he is the son of Thanatos who is Death. His mountain cave is a silent twilight where the Stream of Oblivion crawls like a lullaby; inviting sleep to all who hear its whispering flow.
Here Lies Hypnos In Slumber While Olympus Falls
Hypnos sneaks into the human mind while these minds should be awake. Distracting from the concerns of the world they were left to tend. Broken away from the reality of life these humans obey the will of this God of Sleep who carries away their cares into his cavernous home.
The rhythm of the Oblivion Stream further takes the mortal consciousness deeper into its Dark Waters, drowning out the visions of light and life. Humanity is trapped. Locked withing the soothing grip of the shadows.
Falling into the sleep of the lower planes. Dropping out of the higher dimensions as the Twin Towers of the Third-Dimension burn into a Blue-Shift and collapse into dust and ash.
