There are several components of this discipline including Orthomolecular Nutrition, Martial Arts, Hypnotherapy, 1st Aid=CPR & AED Training, Optimum Fitness Training and many other physical and metaphysical sciences.

Kappa is the 10th lettr of the Greek alphabet.

In the science of Numerology, 10 = 1 as 1+0=1.

Guerra is the Spanish word for War.

If there is any war to fight at all it is the struggle within to be won.

Metaphysics is the Science of observation, study, practice and application of the subtle energies not conventionally recognized or utilized in standard physics. It is beyond physics.

Hypnosis, prayer, meditation, mantras, touch healing and other practices that apply Universal Wisdom with faith are Metaphysical in nature.
